• Only one monthly service discount and one connected device discount is allowed per household.
• A household is a group of people who live together and share money even if they are not related to each other.
• If you live together and share money, you are one household. If you either don’t live together or you don’t share money, you are two or more households.
• You may have to answer questions about your household when you apply for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).

There are multiple criteria that  may make you eligible for the ACP benefits with WoW Wirelss, including:

1. Meeting household income requirements (qualifying if your income is 200% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines).

2. Participation in specific government benefit programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, or other qualifying programs.

3. Already receiving a Lifeline benefit either for yourself or someone in your household.

Eligibility is determined by participation in various government assistance programs, including:

1. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as Food Stamps
2. Medicaid
3. Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
4. Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
5. Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), encompassing Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program (Section 8 Vouchers), Project-Based Rental Assistance (PBRA), Public Housing, and Affordable Housing Programs for American Indians, Alaska Natives, or Native Hawaiians
6. Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
7. Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program, including at U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Community Eligibility Provision Schools
8. Receipt of a Federal Pell Grant in the current award year.

Certainly! If you reside on eligible Tribal lands, you may qualify for the ACP if your household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Alternatively, eligibility extends to those in your household participating in:

• Specific Federal Assistance Programs
• Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance
• Head Start (with households meeting the income qualifying standard)
• Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Tribal TANF)
• Food Distribution Programs on Indian Reservations

Every year, we will check to confirm if you still qualify for the benefit. This process is called recertification. If you are required to respond to a recertification notice and do not timely respond, you will lose your ACP benefit and your ACP internet service may be terminated or your bill may increase.

If a consumer household’s gross annual income is 200% or less than the federal poverty guidelines, they qualify for the ACP.
